Add a little more salt to taste and fold in.  Add more lemon juice to taste.

Place a cover on the Guacamole and allow it to sit for a time. Taste and make any necessary adjustments.

You can sprinkle a little white or black  pepper on this if you choose.

Optional: Blend two essential oils together, like lemon & cilantro.

When using Cilantro essential oil, you will likely use half the amount compared to Citrus as it is a powerful culinary oil. Try four or five drops. If another drop is needed after sitting for a while, add lemon juice and a drop of cilantro.
